HIKING TIMES: Two hours to the end of the canyon; add an extra thirty to forty minutes if you choose to hike up to the Indian ruins.
DISTANCE FROM THE INTERSECTION OF SR 179 AND SR89A: Approximately five miles. The road is paved.
DESCRIPTION: This hike passes through a grove of shoulder high manzanita, into a forest of cypress and ponderosa pine before it ends in a box canyon. However on the way there are Indian ruins, vortex sites, rock formations, and of course views. This one has it all!
